When I originally launched my CS:GO World Rankings concept in 2014 there were no other attempts at a global ranking, regularly updated, of the world’s top teams.  Other rankings have since risen up and over time been tweaked to provide an accurate and reliable charting of the rise and fall of the many teams in the scene. What is lacking is an expert’s eye, to adjust for factors point-based systems cannot address, and an explanation of the various positions.

The new organization has signed Turkish heavyweights like Ismailcan ‘XANTARES⁠’ Dörtkardeş and Özgür ‘woxic’ Eker in a final push ahead of the 2021 Major. The Space Soldiers are back but under a new name. Eternal Fire is looking to rekindle the “Turkish super team” project with faces, new and old. The organization, founded by former mousesports AWPer woxic, comes after rumors of the super squad reforming following XANTARES’ departure from BIG.

Niantic has announced the next phase for Pokemon Go after the Kanto Tour: The Season of Legends. The three-month-long celebrations will focus on the series’ most popular Legendary mon’, Trainers, as well as the debut of the Therian Formes. Pokemon Go will shift away from celebrating Gen I starting in March and will honor the series’ favorite Legendaries for the next three months. Season of Legends will also mark the debut of Therian Formes for the Forces of Nature trio: Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus.
