Valorant developers Riot Games have indicated they’ll be responding to players’ complaints about desync and net code consistency soon. Before Valorant’s beta launch in April 2020, the Riot Games developers revealed their hefty ambitions to provide the best experience possible for players. To do this, they would need to tackle an issue that not many games get quite right – that being latency. To achieve this, Riot built their very own net code from the ground up to combat poor bullet registration, and minimize peeker’s advantage.

Multiboxing through third-party software in World of Warcraft is still appearing throughout the MMO and players want Blizzard to take more action against people exploiting the game. People have still been finding instances where a group of WoW characters are moving in tandem across Azeroth completing quests and claiming rewards. Though this has been in WoW for years, it was just recently that Blizzard decided to take a stance and prohibit the practice.

Spanish developers Digital Legends Entertainment have finally brought Afterpulse to Nintendo Switch, a squad-based shooter with tons of weapon and loadout options. Unfortunately, though, it hasn’t quite made a successful transition to console play.  At a glance, Afterpulse could be mistaken for one of the countlessCoD Mobile lookalikes on iOS or Google stores, which makes sense, as it first came out on mobile in 2019. Players are dropped into the shoes of a generic soldier, tasked with fighting other random characters on a variety of generic battlefields.
